Support

I had some trouble navigating in the lobby at first and tried to contact the live online help, but with no success.

The help section in the lobby only gave us the basic rules to some of the games at the casino, and nothing about the software or how to navigate in the lobby. 

I had to go to the contact section to get hold of someone and the response time there was less than 30 minutes, which is perfectly reasonable.
