The download and installation process took around 5 minutes in total, which is about standard for our internet connection.

You'd expect a European casino to have a wide choice of languages, but Euro Grand really excels on this front. It boasts a choice of 20 languages (European and non European) and full translations of the entire website and software.

The registration page, while not much to look at, is easy and quick to complete. It took me just two minutes from installation to hitting the tables.

Although typically glitzy, the lobby is uncluttered and we found the menu system easy to navigate. The in-game graphics are sleek with lots of black and gold and there's a nice, luxurious feel to the place. As you'd expect from a Playtech-powered casino, the games are stable and well structured.

Game Variety

As with many online casinos, with the Euro Grand software only a few games are downloaded automatically (Roulette, Blackjack and a few Slots) - the others you need to download the first time you play them and vary in size from 300kb to 3mb. We found the choice of games to be good, if not exceptional. There is a live dealer option in roulette and three versions of blackjack, as well as a great selection of slots and 17 progressive jackpots to chase. For fans of multi-player games, like myself, there are a variety of blackjack tournaments available.

Reputation

Having launched relatively recently it's hard to give Euro Grand a really high score here, but it has certainly steadily built its reputation as a safe and secure place to gamble online. It offers fair gaming and payouts, as accredited by Verisign and Technical Systems Testing, and data is protected by SSL encryption.

Support

On contacting customer support I found them quick and easily available, if slightly pushy. I tried contacting them by live chat and whilst they replied within an impressive 10 seconds, it then took a while for them to answer my questions about their games and software. I did eventually get the answers, which is the main thing, but they could have been a touch more helpful.

Euro Grand offers a good, if not exceptional, selection of payment methods, with Visa, Neteller, Moneybookers and Webmoney available for both deposits and withdrawals. There are further deposit-only methods available and this is all clearly explained on the site. I had no problems navigating the cashier and it look me just a couple of minutes to successfully my deposit.
