Game Variety

Based on the Vegas Technology software, Online Vegas only has around 100 different games available, at least at the time of my reviewing.

My feeling is that the emphasis has been on slot games and video poker, and not as much on the table games and progressives. At the moment there are five progressive slots, one progressive blackjack game and one Caribbean stud progressive.

I guess you could ask for a bit more variation from such a big actor as Online Vegas. But new games are constantly added to the game-portfolio, and we might expect a couple of more progressives in the near future.

Reputation

Online Vegas has the reputation of really being that All-American casino online.  As the casino is formed especially for the American market; I guess it doesn't come as a great surprise that most players are American residents.

Even though the casino accepts players from all over the world, their most loyal players since the launch in 2008 are naturally Americans. 

I found some complaints from foreign players about the only supported language being English, but my opinion is that the majority of the players are American or at least English speaking so this is not that big of a problem.

Support

Even though it's not highlighted at the website, Online Vegas offer a live chat with support persons within the casino software.

If you for some reason don't like the live chat option, 24/7 phone and email support is also available.

Payment Options

The only payment methods available for US citizens are via Credit Cards, more specifically VISA, Master Card and American Express.

People outside North America can also use Neteller, click2Pay or MoneyBookers, but overall this is just not good enough compared to the competition.

I guess because of the strict UIGEA law, monetary transactions can be a bit difficult for US citizens, but that should be a bank issue, not something that the individual player should have to worry about.

When it comes to withdrawals it gets really ugly.

Northern Americans can only chose between a posted check and a bank wire transfer. The rest of the world has the option of using an e-wallet.

Yet again, I guess we can't really blame the casino for this situation, and the main thing is that you can get your money. If I won big, I wouldn't mind waiting a couple of days for that check to arrive, would you?

Summary

Online Vegas has a lot of benefits, one being the huge sign-up bonus even though you have to deposit a whole lot to get the full amount.

We'd like to see a lot more deposit and withdrawal options before we can give this casino any higher rating.

However, Online Vegas is certainly the right choice for any gambler true to the old red, white and blue!
